Good luck! Something that helps me when I can't fall asleep before those things is going over mentally what each step of the race is going to be like from when I wake up on race day morning on. Especially the steps of the tri. Especially transitions.

Good luck both of you! Have fun, and I'm looking forward to hearing about it! I just did my second tri this morning, and I'm sure you'll agree afterwards that they are a blast.

    How did it go, everyone?
I did my second ever tri this morning and it was nice to stand on the start line thinking of all of those other women round the world who would be doing the same thing.

Mine wasn´t very fast (knee problem flared up), but the sun shone and there were loads of spectators to cheer everyone on. I hope you all had as much fun.
