Wow I wish you were my mom!!!! My son really likes riding but doesn't care what he rides, as long as the destination is fun. he is currently riding a huffy MTN (which shifts amazingly well!). I have learned with him not to buy anything expensive until he asks for it or he feels pushed and looses interest. We will ride that Huffy to the ground Just keep pedaling !!!!!!!!!!!!!
