Friday: rest
Saturday: Club beginner ride. 17-23 miles
Sunday: Either rest, road, or mtn bike.

outside and you have to ride alone?
I don't do really long rides so the heat isn't an issue with me. If I wasn't riding I'd have to be at home cooking or cleaning something. That's motivation enough for me!
