50 miles, 16-18 mph and only very brief stops is most likely going to be beyond my capacity right now, especially if you factor in the heat. I think I'll stick to my 2, 2.5 hour early morning workouts on the hills and trails around downtown for now -- the only thing unsatisfying about that challenge right now is the lack of company. I'd like to catch up with y'all sometime next fall, when hopefully I'll have built up my endurance and speed a bit more.
