TS, thanks for the words of encouragement. I figure in the beginning I'll stick to my subdivision (a large circle with low traffic) or my school's parking lot until I feel like I have a handle on my new recumbent. My BF is a huge fan of recumbents (has two) and he has promised me he will help me get a feel for the bike. He saw the frame/fork for the first time this evening and when asked what he thought of the paint he replied "it's gorgeous!" Now all we have to do is put all the parts/components on it, get the wheels we built and off I go on a new adventure. In reality I could not have made this purchase if it weren't for a friend giving me a recumbent he had built to take from what I needed and my BF's eagerness to build me a bike (he does this for a living). I tried to post some pictures but they are too large and I don't know how to size them down. I'll keep you posted and will PM you if I need some help.
Thanks,
Marcie
