Lise "Decent of him to mention the wife, so I know we were really only talking about the bike. "

yes, that's always decent of them to do

My Gay'dar works fine but my "single/available-dar" does not work at all. Solved that problem, just assume they're all taken. ;-)

Got to work today and my schedule'd been changed so I really did not have to start till 9, so...went to the gym and worked out on the elyptical trainer.

Oops. I put my pineapple juice in the freezer so it would get cold more quickly, but I forgot to take it out until just now. I'm thinking it might be tempting fate to stick it in the microwave to thaw...

I was thinking pineapple/vodka slushie actually. But alas, no vodka. I do have some tequila - I wonder how that tastes with pineapple..?

Don't have any rum either. Curiousity did get the better of me and I have to say, the pineapple/tequila slushie wasn't bad. Not nearly as good as a margarita, but quite drinkable.

I'm so excited for dinner tonight!! Angel hair pasta, five cheese sauce, capers, sun dried tomatoes, grilled cut up Italian sausage, garlic bread. To go along, a bottle of Vintner's White and Rosa from San Sebastian, a local winery- so nice foxy Florida grapes!

The Susan-recommended Sugoi RS Flex shorts are here. They made it out onto the bike for a test drive, and passed! Full report after the ride tomorrow. Love the chamois. It isn't going anywhere. (Like bunching up, or halfway up my back, or out to the far reaches of my cheeks!) This is my reward for going on, and on, and on, and on about all the faults of prevoius shorts, and making my perfect shorts wish list well-known- Susan PM'd me a while ago suggesting the Sugois. I'd had two bad experiences with Sugoi, so was suspicious, but after the Shebeast whatever they weres didn't work, and the three pairs of Performance didn't work, and the wicked expensive LGs weren't available in my size any more (although I guess I could have ordered them somewhere else- I chose to take that as a sign) and the something or other gel chamois with the perfect chamois had the giant leg openings- I was willing to give Sugoi another shot.

Also got a Sugoi tank, black, with light blue flower, which has an open back, not the usual t-back, which is nice, and doesn't seem to allow _too much_ cycling cleavage, and is a weird silky fabric, and has a _black_ bra! For some reason the black bra excites me! Probably because I've never been a white bra fan, which carried over subconsciously to cycling tanks. So- new outfit tomorrow. Actually, I got the tank in hopes of it matching my imaginary Prana Knickers, which are still expensive and I have nowhere to wear them but I love the pattern. But I hoped that I would like it anyway- in case the knickers never materialized.

Ok, off to take the torts out for their evening grazing.
