Well Nanci, my dedication is from the fact that I honestly was at a point where I physically could not run anymore.
Faced with the idea of not doing triathlons anymore, has gotten me motivated to try to fix my running and the pain associated with it.
And, 8 weeks is a long time... and I probably have 8 more to go before I can run a good solid mile with perfect form... but it will be worth it in the end. I will have perfect form and no pain from running.
So, this year I might only get one tri on the calendar... but it will be worth it in the long run.
