I had a nice ride today too. I did the Southwest Parkway Loop again this morning, although I went a little slower than I did on Tuesday's ride. My quads were tired today. We had a killer workout in our boot camp yesterday. I believe that we did over 200 squats in the hour. Gotta love the cross fit training program!

This loop is 22.2 miles and has plenty of rolling hills, as well as a few longer climbs with a 5% grade. Beautiful scenery and a nice shoulder for all but one section where we have no shoulder and plenty of cars ( large dump type trucks too) speeding by at sixty mph. Wouldn't you know there is a large hill in this section and one narrow bridge? It can be quite scary and should be avoided if riding in this kind of traffic makes you nervous.

I think it took us 95 minutes today. We had lots of wind and it was only in the high 80's.
