I do want to do the ride, and I am excited about it. Just nervous. But I will try my very best. I've gotten in the habit of riding at least 5 days a week, most weeks 6, so now I just need to work on what I do on those rides. I figure I'll start doing some long rides at a steady pace, some hill repeats (or headwind repeats), some shorter fast rides and some jump repeats. It worries me because I'm nowhere near in shape now to do it, but I do have a year to go and a lot can happen in a year....
