GLC, fig newtons aren't bad unless you eat them by the bag! zero fat!

I want to lose about 15-20 lbs. Started to cycle because I live on a fairly flat, country road, paved and thought that I had better take full advantage of it!. I can rid for almost an hour and only one or two cars will pass me. It is two miles to the "corner" so I do the round trip twice, eventually I will venture out more...just wish I had someone to ride with for a longer trek. I figure if I have any flats, etc. at most I am two miles from home...walkable! Of course, I have my cell phone with me!

I was getting bored on the treadmill and also wanted to add cycling to my workout routine..while the weather is decent!
