I have kind of a weird situation. I purchased my bike because I was in the middle of a 'body transformation' and my cardio fitness level had surpassed what my flat feet could handle. At the time, I was fit enough that only running would get my HR where it needed to be. The problem was that I couldn't run for the number of minutes/distance I needed in order to lose the last 15 lbs without triggering foot problems from the impact.

I purchased my bike, loved the immedate challenge it gave me, and then proceeded to eat like it wouldn't matter anymore! Anyway, a year later, I'm about 10 lbs heavier than I was (so now I'm 25 lbs away from my goal).

I'm 5'4" and would like to be at 130 lbs. I'm quite muscular, so 130 would put me at a body fat of about 13-14%... very fit. Now...if I could just lay off the fit newtons and the pizza!
