Actually, cycling is one of my weight loss goals!

In 2004, I tipped the scales right around 200 pounds, which is a lot of weight for my 5 ft tall body! I started watching what I ate & got a personal trainer. I always loved the idea of cycling but thought I was too big to be comfortable in spandex, so I always said that if I got below 150 I'd buy a bike.

I'm currently at 148, so Oscar came home with me Anywhosits, I am now incorporating cycling as my cardio (minimum of 45 minutes, 5-6 times weekly) with strength training(2-3 days weekly) routines that my trainer comes up with. As for food, I'm a cals in versus cals out, and track all that on www.sparkpeople.com

Overall goal is to get down to about 120-125.
