So once I've had 130 colds that's it?

I haven't had a major cold in about 3 years, guess I've had them all At the first sign of trouble, itchy throat, congestion...I take ekinacea (sp) and cut back on dairy.

Better eat that frozen yogourt now, I've jinxed it for sure.
