Hey AK, where did you ride? Did it seem unusually humid for Utah to you? My buddy Death-Ride Martha and I rode from East Canyon resort out to Mountain Green and back (57 miles). Not a particularly difficult ride but we both struggled for the last 20 miles or so. The temps were perfect, so it certainly wasn't the heat. We were both a little puzzled about how awful we felt!
