Hi! I'm also training for a century right now. I plan on doing my century the first week of October this year. I have 2 rides to choose from (they are both on the same day). I started my training in mid-May. Last year the longest ride I did was 60 miles. During the winter I was training like a mad-woman on the trainer, but then had 2 overuse injuries to deal with - achilles tendinitis and upper back/neck problems.So I kind of had to start over in a way and I'm adding 10% to my distance each week.
