My list is pathetic!
Cereal
Soymilk
Oatmeal
Bags of shredded cabbage
Bag of cleaned kale
mushrooms
dried beans
chicken broth
canned tomatoes
dried soup mix (Maneschewitz mushroom barley or split pea are my current favs)
When it gets really hot, I'll get the fixings for a huge batch of gazpacho.
Fruit - whatever looks good
Snacks - granola bars, Kashi crackers and bars, baked tortilla chips or pretzels.
I eat lunch at work, so I'm the mercy of whatever is on the salad bar
