    Cool I did a bad-bad-thang

That's right... I couldn't help myself... I ran for like 4 minutes today... around the duck pond at work.

I had a great song playing on my walkman... and I went for it.

I could feel my new form as I ran... and it felt more comfortable than before. Before I felt like a prancing pony. This time, I felt more like a runner!

Of course, my cardio has gone to h@ll! I was huffing and puffing like a 300 pound woman trying to walk up some stairs.

And... I won't be telling my running coach either!

PS- My friend got a good laugh out of me telling her how I have a running coach... but I am not allowed to run. HAHAHA! It does sound like a joke... eh?

well, it is easier to get forgivness than permission, so fess up to your coach and move forward.

Sometimes temptation is just too great As long as you didn't get hurt, who cares! Just be careful. And the cardio will come back, I promise.

I might fess up to running at our meeting on Thursday. Who knows?

Otherwise...I am going to have to fess up that I only got 2 days of running drills in... and I didn't do the other exercises with the stretchy bands (needed to buy them) that he asked me to do.

It would have been 3 days of running drills... but yesterday got all screwed up with flat tires on my ride.

So, if I can't run any sooner... it's my own fault.

I really need to run again soon though.... I am missing all these fun races that my fellow Dallas Athletes are competing in. I just saw the pictures from this last weekend.

Reminds me... I have had geese chase me on my bike. I was in some traffic with other cyclists... so it was hard to get away! They really scared me. Mean buggers.
