Gosh everyone eats so healthy - especially Brandy. I hate to grocery shop (actually I hate to shop - cuts into bike riding time). My absolute musts are usually:
milk (Lactaid non-fat calcium added)
bread (wheat berry)
Skippy's low fat peanut butter (must be low-fat extra crunchy)
yogurt (Yoplait Low Fat)
eggs (sorry eat all the egg - I like eggs)
crackers (usually Saltines)
Green tea bags
tofu and japanese soup noodles and pickles
Ovaltine
canned soup - I like Campbell's Tomatoe and Progresso Chicken and Rice)
cat food (my cat eats better than I)
fruit (usually apples or oranges)
veggies (sometimes frozen or canned as well) like beans, spinach and broccoli plus seasonal treats such as artichokes

Costco run:
Large bag frozen chicken breasts (lasts me awhile)
canned asparegus
cheese (my absolute downfall!)
cleaning products
soda (full amped Coca Cola - can't drink the non-sugar stuff)
usually a big bag of candies (which is why I need to lose 100 pounds!)

My cupboards and frig are not usually full. I'll shop when I am desperate and have to. Otherwise I eat alot. The sad life of a old, single gal!
