Bulk of shopping basket is fresh fruits and veggies. Wholegrain breads, pasta, rice, tofu, and fish (once in a while) fill the rest. Eggs are a staple. Lots of salads, olives and olive oil. We eat butter, ice cream (haagen dazs) cheese and dark chocolate for fun. For prepared food, canned soups, chili, thai noodle soups and veggie burgers are about it. I love Odwalla bars when I ride.

What we don't eat--hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, no meat other than fish, no chemicals. If you look at labels, that eliminates a lot of junk (sometimes foods you think are healthy-like commercial brands of peanut butter, cereal and bread). BF is a chef, by the way. I try to avoid the kitchen at all costs.
