Did you do a virtual walk through your supermarket as well to compile this list?

Vegetables, in summertime mostly for grilling
Salad, spinach, mushrooms, bananas - all organic if there. Nothing imported further than europe except for the bananas (but those are fair trade)

pie dough (pre-rolled) for veg and fruit pies
olive oil
cocktail olives in various marinades (occasionally)
fruit bars for cycling
muesli
juice
steak (organic), lamb, chicken legs (organic free range if available. skin on. I do not believe in cholesterol), some fish (only environmentally sensible types)

spaghetti & various pesto sauces

occasionally, liver

eggs - we eat all of them, especially one for breakfast before cycling

cheese (rarely these days but if, it's got to be smelly, runny, wonderful)
parmesan for spaghetti

yoghurt for the muesli
occasional tub of cream for veg&fruit pies

occasional cookies (got into peppered oat cakes for cycling) or "bake fresh" breakfast rolls for sunday.

for biggie sundays, Zopf - a wonderful breakfast bread, white flour, eggs, butter... sinful....

Wine - we mostly buy by the case from wine dealers, our favorite supermarket chain does not carry alcohol.
