PS: Lise, you'll get back into it. It's easy to get discouraged, I've been there. Your body is still recovering even though you feel better, and the competitive (with ourselves!) women that we are makes us want to push before we're ready. Even if you're walking or biking, just get out there, it'll come back and you'll start to feel good again -- better to take it easy for a little bit than get sick again!![]()
