There is no need to talk to me like I'm a 7 year old. If I make mistakes on my report, you do not need to circle them in red and then show them to me. Also, please make a note that more detailed reports and longer meetings do not get the work done any faster.

You do not have to get defensive if you've made a mistake. Nobody wants your job - thats why you have it. So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE get back in your #$%$# office and let me do my job!!!!!!!!!!!!!
