I just returned to cycling after a bit of a hiatus too -- it's sure good to be back, isn't it?
Thanks for the MS150 training schedule. I'm thinking of doing the Waves to Wine ride (the MS150 in the SF Bay Area) and was wondering what kind of training schedule to use. Yours is a great help.
Enjoy riding -- hope your DH gets used to the clipless pedals quickly and with minimal abrasions.
