Have you tried asking your local store to order you a jersey in a different color? I know we have people do that a lot here, they'll try on something that fits well but they don't like the color, so we can special order it and it arrives pretty quickly.

Another option is to try men's jerseys, maybe a size S. They come in more vibrant colors and there is probably more selection.
