My bike is in and assembled!!!!! OMG I'm so excited I can hardly stand it. I plan to go in tomorrow, get some pedals on it, pick up some necessities, have them fit/adjust it for me and bring that baby home.

I'm so excited for you Tiff. We may be able to get some riding in before I go camping next week. We'll have to figure a way to squeeze it in between all of these out of towner friends visiting us!Originally Posted by Tiffanie
We'll figure something out. I plan to go practice clipping and unclipping in the park tomorrow if I can squeeze in the time!Originally Posted by Brandy
Hi all! I'm back from vacation now... and just found this... count me in!![]()
now then... how early is "early"![]()
I'll be driving up from SD... I'm only about 45 mintues from the border, so waaaaay down south... but as long as I pass a Starbucks along the way I'm good with whatever! LOL
Someone just let me know where and when... and I'll see if PurePink and her DH wanna come too... she's a member here but never posts... but she reads everything![]()
There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".
If I'm planning it will probably be 9a. Just need to have the time to get up and get ready and I know so many people have a ways to drive. Unless no one else wants to lead and you guys decide on a date, I'll set up the next ride as well. OC seems to be centrally located. Weather will play a factor. If its warm, we may be repeating some of the beach routes in order to stay cool.
FYI: Tracy and her husband John will be joining me June 10th to do a beginner/easy MTB ride through Limestone Canyon (public land/private access). If anyone is interested, let me know. email is bcipam@yahoo.com.

I just updated it with our adventures from today. I had to ride my comfort bike. It's so heavy and slow!
