ooh, excuses for new bike:
best one I've heard was from jobob yesterday "I need a new bike to match my jersey."
I was wearing my "I survived the epic brutal Cindy ride" jersey, she had her Bikejoural jersey. Both jerseys are blue/orange colors. She was riding dusty.
This calls for at least a light blue bike to match.
This is throwing light on my thought process about powder coating my commuter. I was thinking about pink because pink is cool and could make it more theft proof by 12 year old boys around here. But then my road bike is pink'ish'like sorta.
So maybe I need to stick with cool colors for jersey matching purposes?
