If you look hard, you will probably see a few black crow feathers sticking out of the corners of my mouth...
I never thought I'd lust after a bike with so much pink, but that is a beautiful paint scheme.
Nice job, and enjoy your new baby!

unfortunately, she's not mineI wish I had seen her before I bought my bike... although this is a madone 5.2 and I'd probably choose a pilot 5.2...
I still lust after this bike every time I see her!

That almost makes me wish I was a pink-loving girly-girl road biker.![]()

Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
Pretty paint, although not much of a pink fan myself. I like the white lettering.
I would have gotten the pilot 2.1 wsd if it had this paint job - it is much better than the black with pink writing.
It's beautiful! The saddle and handle bar tape I am lusting after would match it perfectly! I am drooling now.....

oh my! i'm not a fan of pink road bikes... but that is gorgeous!!!!!!!!!
Tracy-- I do have a road bike (got it late last fall) but my riding lately has been hit or miss so I don't have much of a mileage base (the bike has about 500 miles on it now) but I am working on it. I ride mostly along the coast between Camp Pendleton and San Clemente (through San Onofre) or on the Oceanside San Luis River bike trail. I am new to the west coast and not yet comfortable exploring "real roads" on my own.
The guys at that bike shop are great-- they did a great job fitting my bike and helping me with further adjustments even though I did not purchase the bike at their shop.

p.s. Yep-- I saw the grey/blue one too! I love that dot design!
ahh... that is a beauty... I LOVE the Project One bikes... and really, really wanted one but alas, they just didn't fit me... the one I wanted is called "Southern Comfort"... the black one with orange and gold flames... but they have SO many great paint options in the line... and this one you posted is gorgeous...
There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness".
I have a pink headset spacer from Chris King that is a breast cancer awareness thing. A few of those would look really cute on your baby!
I got it thru excelsports.com
