    I ordered my new bike!

She's a beauty....2006 Specialized Dolce Comp...in the smallest size! Who knew I was so small?

I'm so excited!! Is there any way to close the gap between CA and NC so that my bike gets here sooner?

I'm trading in my old bike and the dealer tried to tell me that I'd have to leave it with them until the new bike arrived...over a long weekend. Was he nuts?! I told them that there was no way they could leave me bikeless... he agreed and let me 'sneak' it out of the shop. Phew!

Congratulations! The waiting is the worst part! I got my Dolce Elite, one step down from the comp, a few months ago and I LOOOVE it! I hope you enjoy yours just as much I as do mine.

Congratulations, and a beautiful bike if I must say so myself. I have the 2005 Dolce Comp and love her. I just completed my first century on her and she rode like a dream.

I wish you many wonderful and happy bike rides on yours.

    Thanks everyone!

I just spoke with my LBS and they expect her either today or tomorrow...but the guy I spoke with said I should plan on riding my Fuji this weekend.

He did say that it's only a couple of hours to get her ready and that they are open on Monday...so my fingers are still crossed that I'll get out on her before the weekend is out!

CA - I've bought my last two bikes at Cycles de Oro and my DH bought his from Paceline. We are in both shops way to much for the comfort of our wallets!

Tomorrow my DH is headed over your way to check out a bike at the Trek concept store in Raleigh. I have to work, otherwise I'd be right on his tails!
