I was so excited when I read that - I told one of my buddies here and it sparked a very - ummmmmm - heated discussion about bikers being on the road in the first place (he is Not a bikie!).
With New Mexico, especially Albuquerque becoming more and more bike-friendly, I could only hope our state passes a law like that also!

Yes, I would love it if Virginia would do that as well, but we're a long way from being there. My SO and I almost got clipped twice a few days ago - and not because they couldn't see us!
