I personally am always impressed by classic bikes... they are few and far between in America it seems, as we tend to throw away the old and get new all the time... I have heard that classice bikes are far more common to be seen on roads in Europe... going in July so I'll let ya know if that proves to be true...

Today there was a bike swap meet and I was verrrrrry tempted to buy a Cannondale "Crest" bike with downtube shifters... it was a classic and very pretty...
