    Both great articles! And they both did such a great job!

    Yea, I understand the nerves that come before competition. I get them so bad. This last time though (my 5th event)... I only got them the morning of. Instead of days before.

    Thank you for providing the links to these great articles. I am getting ready for my first tri and found them so helpful.

    Lise, good recovery on your bike transition and a great reminder for me to zero my odometer. I forget all the time. If I went up on a curb clipped in I would have surely fallen.

    If I had fallen, it would've been a first for me. I ride around the city clipped in, and have yet to fall (knock wood). Would've been pretty funny (or...not so funny.. ) if I fell over, clipped in, at a tri, attempting to zero my odo! L.
