Hi! I haven't read the first two articles, but I read the "tips" sheet today.

Reminded me that I almost killed myself in the tri on Sunday, attempting to zero my odometer as I cruised out of transition. ARGH! I rode up onto the curb and nearly fell over, clipped in, of course. My heart rate must've been about 200 at that point. I'm sure I added a minute to my ride when I caught myself, unclipped, said, "Get a grip", zero'd the odo, and headed back out on the course. I imagine it was amusing to watch, and made some volunteer think, "Really, these people should learn to ride a bike before they sign up for a triathlon!"
