Sue- The "Beauty" is East Texas this time of year. The dry weather hasn't killed the landscape yet. Everything is so green and you pedal by a nice lake. The ride itself was a Beast, not just that climb!

I wanted to go do this, but I couldn't find anyone to go with me... and then I didn't have the money.
I live in Dallas... so not too far away from me.
Next year I am going to make this ride. I LOVE the CHALLENGE of HILLS. The burning in your legs as you are going up... and the mental push you have to make to get to the top.
