    ... one of our riders went down badly on tonight's ride, I don't know why. Our ride leader is a doctor... but ambulances take a long time. And... be careful and all that, okay?

    He doesn't remember it... broken clavicle & ribs... very broken helmet... but all stuff that gets better. Yay! Whew!

    Tell this cyclist that orthopedics is one area of medicine that you *can * get results in.
    Get stuck in to the physio-therapy. If they tell you 10 repeats do 15, if they tell you twice a day do 3 times.
    It takes *time* but you are only getting better over that time
    Voice of Experience.
    It is a bit of a jihad butyou come out of it *strong*
