Favorite bike: I have Trek 6000 mountain bike, barely used but want to use it more! I would consider getting a different bike since I ride on pavement..just don't know where to start to look...been reading the archives since I found this site.

Fastest speed on a road bike? I don't go fast.

Most memorable moment on my bike: Hitting the front brakes first and tumbling forward in a flip...and I was getting ready to take off! Very embarassing!

Most fun ever had on a bike? Always when riding with friends. Riding the Katy Trail in Missouri

Malady: I have a fear of fitness! I do yoga, pilates, weights, treadmill, etc. but I need to step it up and commit to lose my mid-life gain. Too fleshy for my height. Have to cut back on portions and add bicycling to my workouts. Not looking to do "century" rides...just looking to build time and distance....for fitness.
