well let me think: on the days like yesterday when I wanted to just blow off running and doing my abs - I remembered I had a friend in AZ that did a Ironman and I think "she didn't do it by blowing off her workouts". So I went out and ran in 40+ mph winds (ROFL) and did my abs.

and I keep her DVD nearby Just in Case I should ever forget what it takes to do an Ironman!
