    I'll just chime in too
    Remember, that was a training ride (as opposed to a race-type situation), over a huge distance (qbout 120km?).
    You rode it on your own, therefore no relief at all from the resisitance we meet with the air (regardless of wind or not.
    An average of over 24kph shows good, sensible riding.
    Unless you were aiming to beat a specific time, this type of ride you completed increases you aerobic fitness... well done...

    BTW - have you worked out what animal you chased? A hare perhaps? They don't run at all like rabbits, and always make me think they are a small dog like a foxie, but they don't move quite right for that either...
    But like a squirrel with no tail? Maybe a mutant guineapig???
