Well, I suppose it was cheeky of me to post the castle. It´s Schloss Neuschwanstein, otherwise known as "the Disney castle" by many tourists.

Seriously, though, we did ride there - got the train to Murnau and then cycled to Füssen via Oberammergau and the Plannsee.

Until this year it used to be free to take bikes on the local trains; it´s still quite cheap, so we often head out into the coutryside before starting a ride.
