Not last night, I hope! If so, to bed with you, woman!
Yup, last night, and then I continued on in my 24 hour shift to deliver 2 more babies! Total of 3 girls and a boy came into the world through my hands, on your birthday. How about that?!? I am tired...off to bed!

So far, I've gotten clothes... some cool jeans from Banana Republic and some summer tops. I will probably get some $$ from my family, so I'll go shopping again later. I need shorts.

LOL! I thought you meant that you had the babies yourself!!! I am thankful for the people in your profession. I never would have had 4 kids if it weren't for the most wonderful OB and the great nurses and lactation consultants at our hospital.

Ha! Good grief, no! I am a midwife. They come through my hands, not through my body! L.

Half-marathon over. Sabbatical year over. It's back to "sacking shirt and oat cakes" as they say here.
