Hey Trek420 -
Thanks for remembering... I was going to celebrate by commuting to work by bike today, but the weather forecast isn't really cooperating. If I can, I'll hop on my bike after work. If it's raining, well, I guess my celebration was this past weekend's 2-day ride to Maine and back. I'll post a reference to my journal as soon as I finish uploading the pictures.
Oh, and I have one of those Fun Source LEDs from TE - very cool light...

Those Frog lights look sweet. And for those of us in the states, I found that Knog has a US site for purchasing: http://www.knogusa.com/index.html?ta...tml&lang=en-us.

Yes the knog lights are pretty sweet. They are excellent if you need something to make you stand out to motorists when it is getting dark. I also find that the white LED is bright enough to give you good visibility when you get stuck in the dark riding home. I have had mine for over a year and they are still going strong. I haven't even changed the battery yet.

Why do I feel like there should be a poem somewhere
Got my Frog
from Knog
Such a cool light
Always within sight
It's bendy

Ode to the knog/frog
think I'll start a blog
I think I may order myself one or two and see how they work.
They're going to have to rename this forum... "Women's Cycling Discussion Forums and Writing WOrkshop" - but they REALLY should add that apostrophe!@!!!!!!
(And regarding a certain other punctuation-free post -- welp, there's always poetic license! I figured there was an e.e. cummings among us. Or, to metafforize, if I'm being a grammar cop, sometimes you figure somebody is driving that way because their wife is in labor or something so you just escort them along first and ask questions later :-))

Sorry, couldn't resist.
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
Gregg's Greenlake Cycle has Frogs lights for $9.99.
I won't mention how I meandered in there for 15 minutes in the middle of a weekday (and then left) without a single staff person asking if they could help me, or how there were 2 sales chickies chatting at the register, or how I reminded myself why I don't like Gregg's anymore....
