What LBS was it? Give me a call and I can chat with you, but I think I know which one They can be stinkers if you don't buy your bike from them.

Re the saddles, I have the Specialized dolces on two of my bikes which I love. I have a Terry Butterfly I don't like and if you'd like to try it before you buy it you are more than welcome.
