    RATPOD in Montana 6/24?

Is anyone riding RATPOD (Ride Around The Pioneers In One Day, in Dillon, MT) this year? Has anyone ever ridden it, and if so, could you characterize the ride? Thanks!

Here's the website for the ride.

Sounds like a great ride. I love that part of MT. It would be a good distance for me to do for my "training program". But...I wish it was a little closer (about 5 hours according to Yahoo! maps). I'm financially impaired at this time and it'd be tough to make the trek.

It would be a good training ride for CyclaSutra (she's training for a much tougher event than I am). Wonder if she's seen this?

Yellow, stop that now. I didn't look until you posted a website. It's too close to our stomping grounds. I think I'm safe because it's in the summer rather than fall.

Ah, SadieKate, the Madison is close by. I sure like the Madison. But I like it better in the fall.

No, I hadn't seen it, and that's just too early in the season for me to go that far.

100 @ LRRH will be fun.

But 'til then, I'm focusing on quality, shorter rides, and my itsy-bitsy 28-mile RT commute. Off for 3+ hours now ...

But thanks for thinking of me!

Ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhh....that would be the Little Red Riding Hood, women's only century in Northern Utah. I think a couple of WA women are coming...you should too! It's June 3. Hop on over to the southwest sub-forum. I think there are about 20 threads about it there!

Wow, sounds like fun. Unfortunately, a June 3rd jaunt from the Pacific Ocean over to Utah is not in the cards for me this year! If I ever do that move to the Rockies I keep dreaming of, that will be another story.
