Ugh Kohl's...once my favorite place for office clothing. Sadly, 3 of the last tops I've purchased from them have had seams rip - or even the material itself away from the seam, rip on the first couple of wearings, and they fit properly. Sadly, no more Kohls for outer wear... meh
