Congrats!! I had the same thing happen (at about the 8 month mark). Couldn't see a reason for it, it just started working better... our bodies are so weird, aren't they?

Yes they are! I no longer feel like there is an internal brace, though my IT band is getting tighter no matter what I do... perhaps my leg needs that? I don't know, but I'm not complaining
