Good luck Pax, I'm sure you know what you need to do.

As for me, I'm getting a movement screening on Friday (an FMS? probably, we will see), and he will also tell me what I need to do on my own to loosen my knee up and strengthen whatever needs strengthened. Hoping this tight knee isn't permenant, but it is surely too early for that to be a concern. Thankfully Dr Google has very little on this that isn't associated with a total knee replacement. This is a GOOD thing

VeganBikeChick - that just sounds odd, I like Crankin's suggestion.

Good for you Crankin! I don't usually shop at all, it's never been part of what we do as a family (we aren't the most functional of families). This year, however, I've knitted scarves for my sisters - I don't care if I get anything in return as that isn't why I am doing this. I just like knitting, this was an excuse to buy yummy soft merino wool and practice my super power. This consists of taking string, two sticks, waving the sticks around a bit (ok, a LOT), and suddenly there is nice warm things Amazing how much I've improved since I learned how to knit in March!
