I have been working really hard at the farm as of late. Seven days a week and enjoy the whole time I'm working. But I come home so dead tired that all I can think of is to feed my cats and dogs, take a shower, have hot chai tea, enter my daily log and literally go to bed. Who can think of eating when you are that tired?

As a result, I'm getting back down to a weight where I feel lot more comfortable. Since February, I've lost 8 pounds without trying or going on a diet. I think its healthier too by losing it slowly. I now eat big breakfast like 3 egg omelette with mushrooms and cheese along with my favorite drink Chai.

I did the same thing back in my Junior or Senior year of college after ballooning in my freshman year. My father said "you are looking plump". So I ran first thing every morning and in the evening I was way too tired to eat so skipped dinner. Again I was eating huge breakfast. Mostly pasta with Marinara sauce. Occasionally, it was with just garlic butter and Parmesean cheese.
