Uhm, those valve cap covers come with the tubes...so if you are going to have new tubes put in you'll have to pick a brand that has colors you like, or do what racers do and just ditch 'em.

The rest of the stuff (crooked levers, under-inflated tires etc) IS sloppy work. Take your business elsewhere.
