I am skipping Friday and Saturday, as I can't remember everything. I rode a lot and ate a lot over the weekend.
Yesterday (Sunday):
B: 1.5 slices of French toast, blueberries, a banana,tea
did a 40 mile ride (see the Sept. rides thread
) and it was HOT. I drank 2 bottles of Skratch, had 2 Shot Blocks, one Lara Bar, and about 1/4 of a bagel with cream cheese. we didn't get home until 3, after an errand, which included getting coffee.
S/L: very late, about 3:30... had some left over whole wheat orzo/white beans/spinach
D:stir fried tofu, veggies, quinoa, over Napa cabbage with Asian style sauce. 2 squares dark chocolate
