    Yesterday:

    B: eggs scrambled with veggies, bacon, coffee
    L: roasted chicken veggie salad with an egg on top
    S: 1/2 cup ice cream with coffee
    one hour kettlebell training session, followed by protein shake
    D: bone broth with veggies and chicken

    Today:
    B: 2 eggs, 1/2 chicken sausage, veggies, coffee
    light kettlebell work, 5K rowing session, protein shake
    L: chicken sausage and steamed veggies
    D: unsure, need to go shopping

    B: egg whites, lox, goat cheese, 1/4 avocado, bluberries, coffee
    L: fish tacos (3 small ones, soft tacos, not exactly authentic)
    took a 4 mile hike in our local conservation land
    D: chicken with an Asian style sauce, bok chou, brown rice. 2 squares dark chocolate

    I went out so much during the holiday weekend, I am going to skip recording! I did ride 2 40 mile rides and did two 4 mile hikes.
    Labor Day:
    B: 2 scrambled eggs, lox, slice of spelt whole wheat toast, a peach, coffee
    S: ate another piee of spelt raisin bread and cashew butter before a 40 mile ride with 2,100 ft of climbing. Also had one Shot Block, half a Lara Bar, and a bottle of Skratch, half a bottle of water
    L: one and a half slices of mushroom pizza, one beer
    S: whole wheat pita rounds and Machengo cheese
    D:grilled swordfish, fingerling potatoes, waxed beans. split some tomato and mozarrella salad with DH

    B: plain non fat Greek yogurt with blueberries, strawberries, almonds, slice of spelt toast with cashew butter, coffee
    S: 3 dried apricots
    L: home made chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries, an apple
    S: a banana
    D: salad with sautéd tofu, peaches, serrano chili, vinaigrette, glass of red wine

    B: whole wheat tortilla cheese crisp, strawberries, coffee
    22 mile moderate/slow ride
    L: veggie burger on a spelt roll, an apple
    D: had a little pot luck dinner with 2 friends. I brought a quinoa/kale/chick pea/blueberry salad, also had some caprese salad, a chicken sausage, melon, and a slice of frozen yogurt pie
