What is a 'bicycle face' and how would I cultivate one?

lol… I promise to never wear a garden party hat with bloomers, I've never fainted, much less on the road and I don't believe I've ever worn white kid gloves. The rest I've probably already broken so

I actually found that list pretty heartening :-). Some women were obviously already having a blast breaking unwritten rules of how a woman was supposed to behave. I can just imagine a turn-of-the-century lady racing the "scorchers", contesting the right of way with cable cars, and boasting of her long rides, in loudly hued (or matching) clothing :-D

I don't usually scream when I see a cow. I tend say, "hi cows!" and moo at them

I don't say hi, but I do moo at them. Have no idea why.

I do this too! My husband thinks I'm ridiculous. I say hi to horses, goats, sheep, etc., too.
